What we've accomplished:
July 2025 Texas Flood Victims Care Packages
In November, FoNA packed 500 care packages and shipped them to the victims of the July 2025 Texas floods, which tragically took the lives of over 135 people. Even months after the floods, many Texans remain in temporary homes due to few victims receiving federal aid despite many applying for it. Promotion of Proposition 4
Encouraged Californians to vote Yes on Proposition 4 in East Bay Parks for the 2024 Election! Proposition 4 aims to improve wildfire mitigation tactics, would bring about clean drinking water accessiblility to the 1 million Californians who don't have access, and protect CA's natural landscapes in an attempt to fight climate change.

We've had chance to ask Brian Olson, who works for a branch of the California Protection Agency known as California Geological Survey about the "Big One" earthquake set to strike California in the near future. We learned about many things about natural disasters that Californians should be more aware of.
